So, I've always loved this name, and it's really uncommon where I am. I pronounce it "Eh-lease", not "EE-lease".
What are your opinions on the name Elise?

I *love* Elise and could easily picture myself using it although since my other dds have complete names, I'd probably use Elisabeth on the bc with Elise as a short form.

I was about 11 when I discovered this name and fell in love with it. I still think highly of it even though I'm not sure I've met any Elises. I pronounce it eh-LEESE. I've never heard of it beginning with an ee sound.

I know 2 Elise's and both Pronounce it EE-lease though I've heard it Pronounced both ways in media. I like the name regularless on pronunciation.
