I really like the name Ezekiel (and the nn Zeke), but I would personally spell it Ezekiel. Depends what is more common in your area as to whether there would be any potential spelling or pronunciation issues.

I prefer the Ezekiel spelling since it is more established in my area. If I was Spanish or Portuguese, then Ezequiel would seem more like the go to spelling. As far as pronunciation goes, Ezekiel is a lot closer to representing EE- zee- kee- əl, which is how I have most frequently heard it.
