I thought of using Mirabelle as well. Even though nicknames are usually a shorter form of a name rather than a longer form, haha.

Would it be weird to call Mira by the nickname Mirabelle if I end up having another daughter with the middle name Belle?

It would be a little weird if you named her Mira Belle and had another daughter named Lily Belle. But since her name would be Mira Ruth, I think it's fine. Maybe a little odd, but still fine IMO. And I still think it's adorable. ;)
