Neither is to my taste, but I'd use Ottoline, pronounced to rhyme with Josephine, though Ottoline Morrell rhymed it with Caroline. Oona looks so silly that it's almost funny. Una is better than either of these.

I would choose Ottoline because it sounds more delicate and elegant than Oona and it also has a more interesting and beautiful meaning.

Even though I much prefer Ona, Ottoline is just ugly.
