I love Galatea. The painting "The Cyclops" by Redon, depicting Polyphemus and Galatea, is one of my favourite works of art.

It's a very graceful name, in my opinion. I'd love to meet a Galatea! I think I prefer Galatea over Galateia. It seems a bit tidier.
