It looks like someone with a very strong accent trying to spell Rebecca phonetically.

In my accent it is identical to Rebecca

Honestly there is no different in sound in my accent (south of England) between the two. So Rebecker just looks like a silly spelling.

Almost nothing. It seems like gibberish (doesn't register as a name or word to me).
Meeting a Rebecker would feel kind of like meeting someone named Widmecker or Peckaning.

And according to the submitted name entry on it, I'm actually from the region this comes from, so...that doesn't seem in its favor.
I'm glad it never caught on.

I think somebody, probably a child I hope, doesn't know how to spell Rebecca/ Rebekah.

I really don’t like it. It’s my name but with a trendy spelling as if someone has spelt it the way it often gets pronounced.

Rebecker is stupid.

I think it sounds like Rebecca in an exaggerated hillbilly accent.
Or like one who rebeks.
