The meaning's to my liking.
The hooray sound is cheery.
The ratio part makes me think of math.
I think Ray could work as a NN for it.

One of my top names! It's quite a big, grand adult name to many, but to me it screams energetic, adventurous, fun loving little boy who loves running around playing pretend. Idk what it is, but I think Horatio's adorable.

I love it! I would probably only use it as a middle name because its a bit dramatic.
