1. Toast Skagen, Fresh Prawn and White Fish Roe
(I had to Google this one before even seeing the namebanks, wondering if it was Danish, since we have a coastal/tourist town called Skagen in Denmark - on the very top of our peninsula of Jutland, who are well-known for their excellent seafood dishes, and, ditto restaurants. Been to said town a few times. But I learned it was Swedish, so, alright.)
