(I pondered the bus, since there were no train option, but that would have been too cramped for a long journey - been there, done that to places like the Czech Republic, Hungary, and France - and the train is more clean energy than any of the bus or ship, also spacier for walking around, at least compared to the bus. But had to pick the ship nevertheless.)
