I know a man, 30s, called Navarre. Presumably they sound pretty much the same; if I had to choose, I'd go for Navarre in spite of not liking geographical names in general. That -aeh is thoroughly unEnglish, and the idea that spelling a word - any word - backwards turns it magically into a name is very strange. Nevaeh looks and sounds better than, say, Ydnarb, but that doesn't make it good.
