I have a little bit of difficulty separating this name from Arcade but in general I really like it and consider it the "sister/twin" name to Astoria in my mind due to similar sounds, rhythm and quirkiness.

It's Greek geography and a South African place name - a suburb of Pretoria. And much too similar to 'arcade'. So, no.
