No. It sounds cutesy and childish.
Here in Germany it is also the name of a toilet-brand company that sells those toilets that you can move to different places for festivals and stuff. They are called Dixi-Klo (Dixiloo or Dixitoilet).
It also reminds me of "dick".
This is a huge problem and why I wouldn't use the name because using it would be perceived as racist by many:
