I would have to adopt the twins, I don't think men can get pregnant, lol.
If I adopted children that weren't babies, I wouldn't be changing their name without their approval. I'd let them pick the name as well if they wanted to. If they were babies, I would prefer to rename them. With my partner's approval, and he would help decide on the name. But if I were to choose:
Serena Vivian and Brandon Xavier
Karissa Vivian and Vincent Xavier
Alyssa Vivian and Damian Xavier
Danica Vivian and Tobias Tobias Xavier
Seraphina Vivian and Aidan Xavier
Sabrina Vivian and Elijah Xavier
