Most likely Catherine Eleanor, but the K spelling is my favorite

Totally agree with the above mentioned!

In theory, there are tons of middle name options, but it's hard to find something that I like. So, today I'd choose Katherine Lilla.
And I prefer Katherine. It seems authentic.
