I like Silas and Zeke (do prefer Ezekiel as a full name) but dont like Merryn

Zeke and Silas sound like two elderly bachelor farmers from Appalachia. Marryn sounds like a little yuppie trophy baby from Long Island, and never the twain shall meet.

Silas is nice and solid, Zeke is fine as a NN, Merryn isn't my cup of tea. Maren feels more genuine as a name but I don't love it necessarily.
