I know an 8 year old called Cecilia and really like the name. There is also a song called Cecilia by Simon and Garfunkel. The only person I’ve ever heard of called Celia is the actress Celia Imrie who I imagine will be in her late 60s now. I think Celia would make a nice nn for Cecilia.
