It's very cute and classic. You may get a few jokes about them being named after a fast food restaurant. Fun fact, I knew a Wendy who actually was named after the fast food restaurant- apparently her mother was very pregnant and still hadn't decided on a girl's name when she saw a billboard for a Wendy's drive-thru.

I think Wendy is really pretty, honestly. I don't mind the fast food restaurant association. Another thing that came to mind was Peter Pan which isn't a bad association for me at all. It also really reminds me of Gravity Falls, and Wendy is a great character. I don't think of it as a "mom name" at all, I've barely met any people named Wendy to think that. I find Wendy kind of Preppy or Nerd girl.

I'm starting to warm to it. I don't know of many Wendys, so the dated factor doesn't bother me so much. I think it's cute.

A mn for Gwendolyn - really? Sounds more like a nickname. And Gwendolyn Wendy sounds like a stammer.
