I prefer Milena (mih-LAY-nah). Milanna looks utterly trendy to me, despite its lack of popularity. For one thing, it looks like an elaboration of a place name, along the lines of Caironessa. For another, the -anna/-ana ending is extremely trendy for the moment.To me, Milanna looks like several different trends smushed together in an unsightly mess of name, I'm afraid. I'd pronunce it mih-LAH-nah.Array
