Could get used to it if it were someone's name.
But it lacks visual appeal. "Ritch" looks harsh. Oh - I thought it rhymed Mitchell. Then I looked it up - pronounced like Richelle.
That IS interesting! Hmm... The silent t is weird, but not so bad.

Eh, I don't love it. I don't think it's awful, but it doesn't make too much sense. Rate my name list, please! I finally got around to making it rate-able and all :)

I first came across Richildis in one of Dame Ellis Peters' "Brother Cadfael" books. I've been partial to the name ever since.

I'm sorry but I think it's awful. Super harsh and sounds like you are saying Rachel in a weird way. Like you are mocking someone named Rachel.
