The first thing that comes to my mind is Ross Geller, but that isn't a bad association. I believe this name will be fashionable again, it's nerdy and handsome at the same time.

So boring that my eyes skipped right over this post more than once. It's such a nothing-name. It would be a great choice if someone needed to go into witness protection.

Ross and Scott are the only lnfns that I really enjoy. Ross has a firm, happy sound and Scott is the ln of a very dear friend. I'd gladly consider either - not, I think, both - and I'd love to meet a young one.

I think its such a boring name, like some plain business man in some office somewhere basically John in my mind. Equally as boring on a woman. I knew a Ross (was short for something cant remember what though) when I was little and she was the kindest and coolest old lady who did heaps of arts and crafts with us kids at school, loved her so it cant be tinted by any Ross's I've known, still think its a boring name.I also associate with Friends and I think so do many others.Roscoe is the only Ross name for a boy I dont hate and I dont mind a variety of Rose names for girls.
