I knew a Keziah growing up. She didn't say it the way BTN has it listed - it was pronounced "KAY-zee-ah". I think that pronunciation works better with Heidi, but the names are pretty mismatched to begin with, so, whatever floats your boat.

I think it sounds too similar to Heidi. And, although I know how to pronounce it, it always looks as if it should be KEEzha.
