I like Marie, I think it has the most personality of the three options. It's sweet but there's also something kind of feisty about it. I'd love to meet a little Marie.

I have a soft spot for this name. Its pronunciation is so delicate and melodious; I also like seeing it written. I would use it if it was somewhat popular in my country. By the way, it's my favourite form of Mary/Maria/etc.

Where I live, it's pronounced MAHree, not maREE. So, no, not usable here by me. I have used Mary as a mn, and also like Maria but not enough to use.
