Neither - Alison / Allison.

Alice for me

I wouldn't use it, but I prefer it. Alicia is too dated for me still.

I love Alice, its so simple and sweet, but also suitable for a grown woman.

I agree with Magpie, that ah-lee-see-ah is beautiful, but I am not a big fan of uh-lee-SHUH.

Specifically Alicia with the a-lee-see-ah pron, but if you mean a-lee-sha, then I'll choose Alice.
