I couldn't find anything, which is not surprising as I never found *anybody* seriously researching Filipino names (which probably only somebody being in the Philippines could do, realistically).
To me this looks like a name made-up using components / syllables from other names, like many other popular Filipino names.
I noticed that it seems to be quite popular among younger people nowadays.
