Camo - not very subtle but neither is Prongs.
Scope - for chameleon's stereoscopic vision.
Zygo - after zygodactylous feet
Changeling - might be a stretch, but animagi carry the concept of one thing masquerading as another.

Maybe something related to color-changing/hiding like rainbow, prism, shadow, mirage, or illusion
Mooney is because he's affected by the moon
Padfoot because he's a light walker with, well, padded feet
Prongs because of the antlers
Wormtail because the rat's tail looks like a worm
Names like those might make the following possibilities: ringtail, ridgeback, bumpy, sticky-toes, leaves, branches, huggy

Also, you are really good at this. Those are some really great names! I especially love Prism & Mirage. I’d been trying for days to come up with something and even did some googling and still had no luck.
