Goodness, sorry, but I think the meaning is awful, I would hate to have a name with that meaning.
Tomila sounds like a brand name.
Tommy is one of my least favorites of all times, I find it ridiculous.

Yeah, the meaning is intense. This is a BtN commenter's interpretation (though I'm not sure what informed it):
