It seems very old-fashioned to me, though, I like it a little bit. I think the Filipino Spanish pronunciation would be something like ho-RA-sho.

I like Horatio but not enough to use it. I’m not so keen on Horacio though and I really dislike the feminine form Horatia.

It doesn't appeal to me. I really like Horatio, but I dislike the dropped H in the Spanish version.

The European Spanish pronunciation sounds very exotic. Orathyo? NEAT. I like it. I like Horace and Horatio so this version is nice too. I admit that I would require some coaching to say it properly though - I might just assume it's said like Horatio.

Given a choice between an English version of a name and one from another language, as an English speaker I go for the English version every time, and that's even before taking Nelson into account. Give me Horatio - I'd happily consider it as a mn.

I adore Horatio, but Horacio sounds like a balloon losing air to me. I find it too hissy, and the race in the middle feels wordy and not all that appealing. I think it'd be a nice name to come across, but I wouldn't use it.
