Did this with the count-along method (10-dice), counting from one end to get first names, counted backwards for first middle name. Then counted backwards/forwards from 1st middle name in various ways, and kept refreshing to get the second middle name I wanted (also to avoid repeats or similar sounding/looking names). I ended up being very satisfied with it that way, since I had no clue to go about it otherwise.
