I'm the reverse of you, can't stand Effie love Euphemia.
How about Efmeralda. It comes from someone misreading Esmeralda
Maybe any F name. Felicity has the "eh" sound right up there at the front... idk bit of a stretch.
Can't think of any good answers, came to suggest Euphemia lol.
