I think it’s a cool name and I like the nicknames Milly and Lena. Melina is also a similar name I like.

It looks like a 'combination' of Mila, which is quite high on the charts and
Elena, which seems to be one of the most liked names, imo.
So, I've thought Milena is more popular around the world!
But, while
Mila - 20th (USA)* / 50th (UK)**
and
Elena - 55th (USA) / 134th (UK)
Milena dropped from 679th in 2019 to 821st in 2020 in the USA / and is just 480th in the UK
