[Opinions] Ada
Thoughts on Ada?
I am confused by it getting so popular now. I liked it about 10ish years ago, as a teenager, when it appeared in a book I was reading.
I thought if it had the potential to get common it would have gotten popular already as it fits in the late 90s/early-mid 2000s trend of names such as: Ava, Violet, Lily, Ruby.
Kind of wondering what took it so long.
Do you like Ada? Or is it too boring now that lots of girls named Ava and quite a few named Adeline are around?

It's a lovely short name and a palindrome besides. I really like Ada. Maybe I should add pronounced AY-dah only, though.
I think Ada is lovely. It was my paternal great grandmother’s name, she was Ada Grace. A very sweet combo. My maternal great great grandmother was named Ada Florence, which as I’ve mentioned a few times before, is a combo that I find absolutely beautiful. It’s just a shame she was such a nasty lady!
I like it but only with the add-ah pronunciation like Princess Atta in A Bug's Life, not a huge fan of ay-da or ah-da.
Nice
