I'd take either Eleanor or Elinor over Isabelle any day. I can't decide between them, actually! Probably Elinor: less complicated, but also less familiar ... it's confusing.
Isabelle is a no-no anywhere that isn't Francophone. Isabel is OK and Isobel would be my choice. I think I'd use Elinor rather than Isobel, but Nellie and Bella are both family names so it is tricky.
