I used to prefer Hayley for ages and I still kind of do, but Haley has been on my mind and I like how elegant and grown up it looks. What do you think? Will it get pronounced HAL-ee? Or is HAY-lee the standard? Do you like Hailey? I never warmed up to it.

I pronounce them all the same way (HAY-lee). Hailey feels the most natural to me, followed by Haley. I don't care for Hayley, it looks too trendy with two Y's.

I dislike how Haley looks and sounds, but I would pronounce it correctly - it's not like Hali, which I'd definitely pronounce HAL-ee. I dislike all the spellings of this name, but Hailey is my favourite. I prefer Haley over Hayley, though - I don't like how the repeated ys look, which is also why I prefer Briony over Bryony.

I prefer Haley to Hayley, and it’s one of my favorite “trendy “ names.

Here, Haley will get the Hay-lee pronunciation like 90% of the time, Hal-ee is usually spelled Hallie. I like it, I think Haley is a bit more grown up than Hayley imo, though Hayley still seems decent in terms of names with extra Ys inserted.
