I feel like it's similar to Ruby or Olive but browner and flat, and the sound brings to mind names like Dawn, Tammy, or Tonya.
6/10 because it's namey and not boring.

I would probably name a sister something like Twyla, Kelda, Tess, or Merle. A brother is harder. Something like Teddy, Wade, Joel, Rufus seems passable, but I don't quite like those enough right now to even pretend I'd use them. Maybe Ike, Sterling, Ferris, or Asher.
