Is it the Latin pronunciation “Keekero”? The way we pronounce Latin is a bit arbitrary anyway, in Italian he would be called “Chee-chero.” Anyway it’s one of the names I can’t imagine on a real person, whatever the pronunciation, Cicero wasn’t a particularly nice guy and his name comes from having a large mole on his face.“And I wish there was a treaty we could sign
