I've loved it ever since I overheard a lady calling out to her young son by this name in Sicily.

Don't really like it

I like the look and sound. It gives me a bit of an extravert/showy type feel

I prefer Xavier, but deplore the way it sometimes turns into Eksavier! In Italian, I just don't know how Saverio is used and how people feel about it, so I can't comment.
