I prefer Scarlet. But as with Siena (which I prefer over Sienna) I am not sure if I would go with Scarlet because Scarlett is so much more common. I guess in the end it is easier to choose Sienna and Scarlett. If I had to use Scarlett I would probably go with the most common spelling. As for Siena, it is not so popular in general and I like the city so much and so I would stick with Siena even though she'd have to correct it. At least it's easy to say "Siena, like the city".By the way, if you do have a very strong preference I think you should use Scarlet. "scarlet, spelled like the color" is quite easy to say after all.I dislike the name. It reminds me of "skeleton" and "scar". But I don't hate it.Also, Scarlett O'Hara. She was an interesting character but not really a great namesake.

I love it. Prefer Scarlet to Scarlett, because scarlet is the actual colour. I think I would pair it with something more traditional to balance out the modern wordy vibe. (Is Scarlet really modern? It feels modern but idk.)Scarlet Elizabeth
Scarlet Jane
Scarlet Emily
Scarlet Eleanor
Scarlet Matilda
Scarlet Victoria
Scarlet Beatrice
Scarlet Beatrix... and so on.For some reason I don't like when someone has two word names in a combo, so I'm not a big fan of Scarlet Rose or Scarlet Ruby. Although those are better than if it was two exclusively colour names, like Scarlet Indigo. It's weird but my brain thinks that Scarlet Indigo is contradictory, as would be Lily Rose, Violet Jasmine, Ruby Emerald, Ivy Clover, Hazel Willow, that sort of thing. Like each person should be associated with only one word? Very strange.*

I like Scarlet more than Scarlett because it doesn't have the extra T, besides it being a word. It's also underrated, and it should be as popular as its variant.Scarlet Autumn
Scarlet Cherry
Scarlet Poppy
Scarlet Rose
Scarlet RubyYou can also get Etta and Ettie as nicknames.

Ooh. I’m digging the matching red here. Scarlet Rose is so romantic. Scarlet Ruby is intimidating and rich.
