What are your opinions on the name Shayna for a girl? I love the meaning. I love how unique the name Shayna is, as you don't come across it much in my area. The nickname Shay is also cool. Do you feel the same way I do?

I love the meaning, but the sound of it with an Australian accent is not great! It’s a bit of a lower class sounding name here, not my thing. I much prefer Shay, which I have loved for years.

It's not very common here either I have only known 1 with it, a childhood acquaintance. I really like it and have for a few years now. I think it has a lot of personality,it makes me imagine a free spirited artist.
