I'd expect it to be a *diffrunt* spelling of Ryan, and pronounced the same way. But, from the look of it, it could also be a short form of Adrian, in which case it would sound like REE-an.
I don't much like Ryan, though it's not offensive. I love Adrian and would use it IRL.

I also think it could be short for names like Adrian and therefore I'd presume it's pronounced ree-an. I think this pronunciation sounds pretty/feminine.
