Hello!
If you submitted the surname already, then you technically already sent it. You should be able to find it in the Submitted Names database. If you click on the Names tag, it should say:
Introduction
Browse Surnames
Advanced Search
Most Common
Namesakes
*Submitted Surnames
Is at the very bottom. I'm not a site admin or anything, not even close! But I could help you better, if you told me which surname you were trying to submit. I can just type it into the search bar, if its already submitted. :)
