Wout - alright. Moderately popular
Menno - not my thing, bc of association probably. I know a few
Frank - not my thing. popular, but more for older people, not babies
Gijs - nice enough. Moderately popular for all ages
Ad - the English language made the use of this dwindle I think, once popular I know several but none under 45.
Jeroen - I like it. I'd expect a bearer to be 20 to 50.
Jacobus - love it. Only found in religious areas these days, but once very popular.
Rochus - I don't like the sound. Never heard it used
Stephan - ot my thing. Stefan is used way more often.
Sebastiaan - lovely. I don't know any elderly with this name though.
Marcel - not my thing. I know many, all between 30 and 50.

Coba - a cute old lady name. Nice enough but nothing I'd use for a baby
Dorothea - old lady.
Henriette - slightly less older lady
Marga - my children's grandma! Can't say anything against it bc of that :P
Milou - lovely. I've known some
Floortje - never liked it, -tje names are too cutesy for my taste. Used regularly

Hennie - I'd expect a Hennie to be in their 60s at least. I don't care for it.
Inge - just okay. Not really unisex in the Netherlands, just feminine. Moderately popular
