I like it. Its fuller than Tess and more relaxed than Theresa/Teresa.

I've been thinking about it a lot lately. It's breezily romantic but not frivolous. I prefer it as a nickname for Theresa / Teresa (can't decide which one I prefer...).

It’s nice, I like it. I also like Tess and Tessie too. Tessa seems like a name that would suit a female of any age, all the way from baby to elderly.

Hi !!!Here in Italy Tessa is a standalone name. I think that very few people would link it with Teresa or even Contessa. I've always liked it. I adore its sound. It is simple to spell and pronounce in any language. It doesn't need any nickname. I personally link it with yellow so it's a bright name in my mind.

I've only known 2 Tessa's before and they were both very serious & no nonsense characters so that is how I perceive the name, but I like it. Lately I slightly prefer simply Tess but I'm still fond of it. I do have an interesting anecdote for why I have a soft spot for it: this was one of the very first names I researched the first day I looked up name etymology online when I was 12. Whichever site I found had listed simply "Harvest" as the meaning. I also remember looking up Darby & Carol that day in addition to family member & friends names. So it's apart of my historical introduction into the hobby.

I get reminded of Tessa Brooks.I think it’s okay, but pretty devoid of personality. It’s kind of just another face in the crowd. Pretty though.
