I would choose another first name that wasn't the name of a direction name. Unfortunately, West Alessandra and North Lysander sound like city/town names and it may or may not inspire teasing. Actor David Duchovny's daughter is named West Duchovny and he even admitted that it sounded like the name of a city.

Anyway, West Alessandra certainly doesn't sound bad or atrocious, but I'd definitely pick another name for the boy. How about Noah Lysander or Nathan Lysander?
