though it could also be a simple combination of Magda and Lynne. Either way I think it's fine. I can't imagine why a reference to Mary Magdalene would be a bad thing, as was mentioned earlier. I have no problem with either this spelling or this reference.

Magdalynne looks like a tryndee version of Magdalene. I would stick to using Magdalene or Magdalen.

I like Magdalen or Magdalene but that's it. Magdalynne just looks so made up and like a mouth full.

i don't like it it reminds me of mary magdalene.

I much prefer Magdalene or Magdalena or even Magdalen over Magdalynne, personally. I think it's prettier and more feminine
