Year One
Ryuunosuke Takahashi and Cruz José Quijano-Takahashi are a married couple living in Bermuda. Ryuunosuke has wavy black hair and brown eyes. Cruz has curly black hair and green eyes. Cruz is a film director, and Ryuunosuke runs an animal rescue. During their first year of marriage, Cruz gives birth to twin girls! They name them Adoración Izanami Takahashi and Ainoa Zakuro Takahashi. The girls have straight black hair and brown eyes. The girls are born with a severe atrial septal defect, and tragically, Ainoa does not survive the extensive procedures needed to repair it.

Year Two
Ryuunosuke and Cruz's friend by Trix, a friend of theirs they met in high school, is visiting from Kansas. Trix stays with them and Adoración for a month during the summer.

Year Three
Ryuunosuke and Cruz try to get pregnant again, but are unable to.

Ryuunosuke and Cruz are able to get pregnant! They have a baby boy who they name Édgar Watari Takahashi. Édgar has curly blond hair and brown eyes.

Year Five
Ryuunosuke and Cruz have another baby boy! They name him Teodosio Yosuke Takahashi. He has wavy black hair and green eyes. Adoración is not very happy at first and argues with Cruz and Ryuunosuke about their decision to have another child, but they are able to calm her down relatively easily.
