[Opinions] it looks like a mistake ...
Like a mistyped Jonah or maybe Noah. The sound isn't so great either. I wonder if this is actually a name? It looks Biblical, but it isn't in the BTN database, so I'm wondering if it was someone's idea of a Biblical-looking name. Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!

Actually, the name Joah appears in the King James version in Corinthians can't remember the actual passage. I used to know it. But it was a descendant of Noah's line.

But it is......both Biblical and in the database: https://www.behindthename.com/name/joahStill, I have to agree: Joah does look like a misspelled version of Jonah and/or Noah.
