I'm also in the U.S. and I don't think the "Gray-am" pronunciation would catch on unless you used the Graeme spelling. Otherwise it's the graham cracker. :-PPersonally, I rather like our pronunciation of Graham as well - but it does sometimes remind me of grams. Ditto. Graham is gram in the US. I've only heard gray-um said outside the US...
