Alexis still sounds male to me, and all the others, except Alexa, are over-ornate.
I like Alexa, and might have used it if I'd been naming several girls back in the day before Alexander and all the spin-offs became so very popular. In today's world, it's dating fast but could, I think, still work as a mn.
