-ko is a classic suffix that has been used by the royal family in Japan and that was extremely popular for decades.Many -ko names are dated now but that is because they were previously very common. Some -ko names are still fashionable. Riko is still extremely common and Nanako as well as Momoko and Aiko are still popular in Japan.Please rate my list: https://www.behindthename.com/pnl/6232
