Hello Mr. and Mrs. Berrick! You'll be adopting three siblings from Egpyt: a six year old boy named Azmy, a four year old girl named Mennatallah, and a six month old girl named Hadeer. Azmy loves music: he turns everything he can get his hands on into an instrument and dances to every song he hears. Mennatallah was born deaf and doesn't speak. You'll have to help her self-devised sign language translate over into English as you teach her. She is constantly seeking new sensory experiences, whether it be the beauty of blinking lights or the soft fur of a puppy. Hadeer is a typical baby, and very cheerful. She doesn't cry much and loves to eat. Please tell us how the children do in your family! We'd love to hear back, and hope all goes well.

Hello! We've been having a wonderful time with our new children. Jaxon is getting along very well with Azmy. They create songs together and I have enrolled them in a dance class. We and Mennatallah are fluent in her self-devised sign language, and we can all understand her very well. We found out that Mennatallah absolutely loves lobster! Hah. Hadeer has turned into a curious, beautiful toddler, asking questions about anything she sees or notices. Thank you!

Yuina is a hyperactive child who loves to draw and make jewelry. She has PTSD that manifests itself in frequent nightmares and her hyperactivity, often not thinking through her actions and jumping from one hobby to another. We hope that Mrs. Gopher's expertise will suit her well. Little Xun loves going outside, and played in the creek by her orphanage often. She's ecstastic to meet Tabby. Hello Mr and Mrs. Acheson! As requested, you'll be adopting four children. The oldest, Melati Cahaya, is Malaysian. Melati is 16. Melati was the oldest of three children, but she and her siblings were separated. She's the strong-but-silent type, and it takes her a while to open up. At 14, Tshepo Lesedi is the next oldest. Tshepo is from Botswana. She has postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), and it is possible that it will progress to the point she needs a wheelchair. Having a mother who can stay at home with her will be very heelpful. Tshepo loves to cook, especially with food she's grown. Svetlana Evgenia is 12, and is from Russia. Svetlana spends her time watching YouTube and loves social media. She'll get along with Mrs. Acheson very well. The youngest, Citra Bulan, is Indonesian. She's 10, and likes playing games outside with other girls her age and reading.

Hello Mr. and Mrs. Alexander-Danton! You'll be adopting an eight-year old Trinidadian girl named Noel Solange and a three year old Mexican boy named Diego Samuel. Noel loves to cook, and often plays restaurant with her stuffed animals and the other children at her orphanage. She dreams of one day having a pet hedgehog. Diego is a sweet, bashful little kid who likes to watch cartoons and draw. Noel speaks English, but Diego can only speak Spanish currently.

Hilaria is 16, José María is 13, Leocadio is 6, and Eva is 4. They are all biological siblings from the Dominican Republic. Hilaria is a headstrong and bold young woman with a strong interest in feminism, and hopes to go into law. José María is a fun-loving boy who loves skateboarding and aspires to do it professionally. Leocadio spends all day playing outside with his Monster Trucks and chasing bugs. He will get along very well with Luca, Winnie, and Faith. Eva is a quiet little girl who tends to stick close to Hilaria. All children are bilingual but much prefer their native Spanish. Hilaria is pregnant and due very soon.

Thank you so much for matching us with our four wonderful children. We are so happy they could be adopted together. Hilaria has given birth to a beautiful and healthy daughter named Isabela Sofia. We help out with Bela often as we want Hilaria to get a good education so she can get into law school. Eva is coming out of her shell and loves helping take care of Isabela. The boys and the dogs have built a special relationship. They love running around with Leo and chasing José on his skateboard. They love being outside together. The children are all excited to see their first snow soon. Eva has started preschool and all of them are using English more often and doing well in school. It has been an adjustment going from a two person household to a 7 person home so quickly, but we are loving every minute of it. We can’t thank you enough.

Thank you! Amaruq fit right into our family. Gabriel has been the oldest for four years now, so it was a bit of a shift for him, but he and Amaruq get along great. For Zachary, our most recently adopted, it was a little strange to have a new sibling so fast, but they enjoy each other a lot. Amaruq has been a great help to Lygia, and Hope and Willow enjoy having another sister. She is excelling at school, particularly at math, and we've moved her up a grade in that subject. She is a perfect fit for our family!

Waylon has a severe case of dyslexia, and he finds reading very frustrating. Miranda wants to be a scientist and has a special love for genetics. Waylon has some issues with aggression due to his tough life, but is genuinely a very loving and kind boy. He has a particular fondness for dogs.

Thank you! Mercy Nevaeh was a delightful addition to the Blackwell family. The first month was definitely an adjustment period with Mercy going through some grief due to the many changes she has experienced in her young life, but she is now happy in her new home. Gwendolyn and Mercy have become best friends and love making up stories together and jumping on the trampoline.

Hello! Thank you for matching us up with Aaron and Haydée, they are a magnificent addition to our family! Aaron, although a little hard to handle sometimes, is one of the kindest kids we've ever met, making new connections almost everywhere he goes! Haydée is lovely as well. She's a little quiet and has some difficulties being social, but she makes up for it by being fiercely intelligent and having a sharp wit! They love spending the day with us and love playing with Minnie, our cat! This was one of the best choices we've made! Thank you for pairing us with such precious angels!

Hello! Rory and Archie are adorable and have fit right in to our big family! They love to visit the donkeys and feed them carrots, Rory looks like he wants to ride one pretty soon! He is more outdoorsy, and up on his feet already! Archie is happiest playing with our youngest daughter, Brogan. Although he's not walking just yet, he can crawl faster lightning - they definitely keep us on our toes! We are so grateful to have the boys in our lives, they bring us all so much joy. Hello, Mrs. and Mrs. Adler! You'll be adopting sisters Esme Florence and Phoebe Imogen. Phoebe is 6, and Esme is 2. They have lived in foster care for the past year after their mother's arrest, and she has offered them up for adoption. When she does get out of jail in seven years (when Phoebe and Esme are 13 and 9), she will be allowed to visit them on special occasions (such as holidays and their birthdays). Phoebe has had a rough time adjusting to everything and will need extra care. She is shy at first, but be gentle and patient and she will open up to you. Esme is naturally bubbly and chatty and will not need quite as much help as her sister, but don't take that to mean she needs less attention. She is still very young, and it's important she forms strong bonds with you.

Hello! Thank you for matching us with Phoebe and Esme; they are the perfect fit for our family. Phoebe has become best friends with our daughter, Miriam, almost immediately, and Esme is in love with the cats. We have started Phoebe in first grade at the local school, and while she seemed stressed by it at first, she seems to be settling in. There are lovely teachers there who take into account her rough early years while helping her. We've enrolled Esme for two days a week at the preschool Miriam attends, and she comes home every day exhausted but full of news about her new friends, arms piled high with art projects. It will take a little more work before they're totally settled and comfy with us, of course, but all in all we are very happy with our new daughters. Thanks again!
